Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment you will be required to add a payment method upon booking, otherwise your appointment will not be considered confirmed. You do not have to pay with this card but it will be on file incase of a no show.
Arriving late cuts into your service time and our time for other guests. We have a 5 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your service may be cancelled and considered a no show, Depending on availability in between your appointment and another.
We ask that Cancellations and Rescheduling are done within 24 hours of your appointment time. We understand things come up and aren't always in our control. However we do not get paid when people cancel and may not have time to fill your slot, if you cancel within 6 hours of your service you will be charged 50% of your service.
Please arrive 5 minutes early if possible especially as a first time guest incase of any paperwork or consent forms that may need to be filled out.
